Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Area
1.1 We can deliver gifts to lots of cities in mainland China and some of towns. Click "Choose Your City" to see a list of cities that we serve. If you are not sure whether we can deliver to a specific location, please contact our custmer service.
1.2 If the delivery address you given is not the scope of our services, we will tell you this within 3 hours of our work time and make a refund to you.
2. Same Day Delivery
2.1 If you want to deliver flowers on same day please order by 2:00pm in the recipient's time zone Monday through Sunday. Some other especial gifts like cake, plant maybe need to order one day before.
3. Delivery Times
3.1 Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 4pm for orders going to a high school.
3.2 During major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival we don't support the specified time period for delivery, only guarantee we would finish the delivery on the same day.
3.3 We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, & we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Delivery Charge
Area Charge Urban Free Suburb $5.00 Outer suburbs $10.00 Remote suburbs $20.00
4.1 Successful delivery on the first attempt is free for areas within China.
4.2 If for any reason the recipient is not at the point of delivery and the flowers cannot be delivered, a relocation charge of S$10 will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your flowers. Do provide us with the recipient’s telephone number to ensure that someone is at home to receive the flowers or gift.
5. What if there is a delivery problem?
5.1 If the recipient is absent
1) Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, security guard, hotel Reception, and try to call the recipient to inform this.
2) We will try to contact the recipient to arrange the delivery, if the recipient asked for to a new address, we may send a bill of re-delivery charge from US$7.00 to US$20.00 to you after the delivery is made.
3) We will contact you to find other contact information of the recipient and re-deliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.00 to US$20.00 re-delivery charge is applicable.
4) If you are not sure whether recipient is absent, then please ask us to call before delivery when you order to avoid any problems.
5.2 Incorrect Addresses
1) We will try to call the recipient and deliver to correct address ASAP. This may cause delay and you may need to pay extra delivery charge from $7.00 to $20.00.
2) We will contact you to find other contact information of the recipient and re-deliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.00 to US$20.00 re-delivery charge is applicable.
3) If you are not sure whether the address is correct, then please ask us to call before delivery when you order to avoid any problems.
5.3 Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
